At Whitewater University, our mission is threefold: to promote the benefits of Traditional Chinese Medicine, to extend a helping hand to those unable to afford healthcare services, and to foster a stronger, healthier community.
Patients pay only a minimal fee of $20 per office visit, which helps cover material costs and documentation expenses. However, there is no charge for the Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnosis and acupuncture treatments provided by our TCM practitioners. This complimentary service is a testament to Whitewater University's commitment to the well-being of the San Francisco Bay Area community.

Complimentary Chinese Herbal Medicine
If you have Medi-Cal insurance, lack health insurance, or are experiencing economic hardship, you are eligible to receive Chinese herbal medicine at no cost. Simply take one of the leaves from the "Tree of Life" Donation Wall located in the WUC TCM Medical Center and present it to the front desk. Your prescription for Chinese herbal medicines will be covered. This is part of our free TCM diagnosis and treatment program, a complimentary offer courtesy of Whitewater University and the donors who support the WUC philosophy.
How It Works
If you support the WUC philosophy and donate $100 to the WUC TCM Medical Center, we will place four leaves on the "Tree of Life" Donation Wall. This will enable a patient to take one leaf and present it to our front desk to cover the cost of their Chinese herbal medicines. Each leaf represents $25, equivalent to a week's worth of Chinese herbal medicine.
